I'm not a big fan of the mainstream. I'm not too Top 40, more like bottom 40. However in this case, I'm a pretty big fan.

Yesterday I received an email from Marcus Buckingham, well, I did and so did thousands of other people no doubt. It turns out he's put together a big budget movie about his research. Now, I'm pretty sceptical at first, having viewed hundreds of 'Guru' produced videos. You know the talking heads, or guys in bad chinos and golf shirts talking to a 'group' of people in front of a white board.. but when I previewed the 'trailer' for this movie, I was rather impressed. So, being the giving kind of guy that I am, I thought I ought to share it with you.
