Hey YouTube... looking for an additional revenue stream?

As the article from today's Globe and Mail says.. the new trend in hiring.. video "pre-interviews...".

So, just as craigslist.org derives all of its revenue from online job postings.. maybe YouTube can pick up some extra revenue from a "Pay to Upload" section.

Either way, this allows for a new "edge" for candidates and employers alike. No longer can applicants hide behind a faceless resume.. you can now combine it with a video clip...

Imagine the time that would save.. and considering time is what most executives are looking for.. it's not a bad idea...
